Naming Opportunities at the Shelter

As demand for our services continues to grow, the Sacramento SPCA is pleased to offer naming opportunities as a way to help animals in our community. You can choose to feature your name or the name of a beloved person or pet in various areas throughout the shelter.

Your generosity will provide shelter, medical care, and homes for thousands of animals that many never have had a chance without your help.

Treats
The candy bowl is for trick-or-treaters, not Scruffy or Fluffy. Several popular Halloween treats are toxic to pets, especially chocolate in all forms and some sugar-free candies containing the artificial sweetener xylitol.

Decorations
While a carved jack-o-lantern certainly is festive, curious pets can easily knock over a lit pumpkin and start a fire or get burned.
