40th California International Marathon Ticket Sales
Sunday, December 3rd
The Sacramento SPCA has been selected to be one of the partnering
charitable organizations for the 2023 CA International Marathon!
We are excited to team up with runners and animal lovers alike to
support the marathon and to help the thousands of animals that
are entrusted in our care every year. By purchasing your
marathon ticket through the SSPCA, your registration fee will go
directly back to the shelter.

Doggy Dash 2021 Raises More Than $165,000 for the Animals!
The Sacramento SPCA’s 28th Annual Doggy Dash was a virtual success! Together, more than 1,600 dogs and their people walked to raise over $165,000 for the Sacramento SPCA.

Doggy Dash 2022
The 29th Annual Doggy Dash raises more than $223,000 for the animals – A record-breaking year!
Drumroll, please…the Doggy Dash was BACK in-person and BIGGER than ever before! Thanks to record levels of participation this year and the generous support of our team and individual fundraisers, sponsors, donors, vendors, registrants, and festival attendees, the 2022 Doggy Dash raised more than $223,000 to help the Sacramento SPCA provide direct care to the animals in our community.

Wizard of Pawz
Thank you for a wonderful event!
Your incredible support at the annual Fall gala helped the Sacramento SPCA raise more than $235,000! We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Drobny Law Offices, Inc. for once again being our presenting sponsor.
The money raised will help us save more lives by funding a variety of programs and services designed to keep pets and their people together for life.

Pawsome PUPkin Party

HAPPY SPOOOOKY SEASON! Time to celebrate Halloween and raise money for the animals!
The Sacramento SPCA will be hosting our second annual Pawsome Pupkin Party—an exclusive trick-or-treat event for children of all ages at our shelter! This year we will be hosting the event in the Adoption Center, which will be open for our guests to walk through and visit adoptable pets!
Howl-o-Ween Yappy Hour
