Summer Kick Off Yappy Hour
Lefty's Tap Room: Saturday, May 25th 4-7pm
Are you and your pooch ready to kick off the summer season with a paw-ty? Join the Sacramento SPCA for Yappy Hour at Lefty’s Taproom. The event will take place on Saturday May 25 from 4-7 pm. Come enjoy raffle prizes, peruse vendor booths including Pet Supplies Plus and Swoon Studio & Co, and grab a pint to support the animals! A portion of beer sales from the evening will be donated back to the Sacramento SPCA.

31st Annual Doggy Dash
April 20th, 2024
Thanks to the generous support of our team and individual fundraisers, sponsors, donors, vendors, registrants, and festival attendees, the 2024 Doggy Dash raised more than $215,000 to help the Sacramento SPCA provide direct care to the animals in our community. REI Mobile Adoption Event

Join us on Saturday, March 30 from 11am – 2pm at the Sacramento REI for a Dog Adoption Event! Stop by to meet some adoptable dogs from the Sacramento SPCA. By adopting a pet from the Sacramento SPCA, you’re creating a happy, new beginning for a deserving animal.

Bike Dog/Sac SPCA Beer Release Party!

We are thrilled to announce a partnership between Bike Dog Brewing Company and the Sacramento SPCA on “Forever Home” – an IPA with cans featuring Sacramento SPCA alumni!
Come celebrate the release and purchase these limited-edition
cans featuring Jack (aka BARK PURDY), Stevie Nicks, Rylee, Billy,
Roxie, Wesley and Archie and meet some of the coverkids in
person!*

Donation Drive
The Cabin - Dec 9th through December 31st
The Cabin is partnering with the Sacramento SPCA to launch our Pet Supply Drive to bring some holiday magic to the pets at the shelter.
40th California International Marathon Ticket Sales
Sunday, December 3rd
The Sacramento SPCA has been selected to be one of the partnering
charitable organizations for the 2023 CA International Marathon!
We are excited to team up with runners and animal lovers alike to
support the marathon and to help the thousands of animals that
are entrusted in our care every year. By purchasing your
marathon ticket through the SSPCA, your registration fee will go
directly back to the shelter.
