Commemorative Bricks

Dedicate a Brick

The Sacramento SPCA invites you to support our animals by purchasing a commemorative brick. When you designate a brick for our Adoption Center walkway, you create a timeless tribute. Your purchase of a brick not only creates a loving and thoughtful gift or memorial, but confirms your contribution to helping a homeless animal find a new home.

At the Sacramento SPCA, nearly one out of five animals needs some kind of veterinary care before they can be ready for adoption into a new home. Veterinary care needs range anywhere from something as simple as flea medication or teeth cleaning to critical life-saving surgery. Cute Puppy

Hercules was surrendered to us by his heartbroken family who couldn’t afford his veterinary care. He suffered a back injury that compressed the discs in his vertebrae causing his back legs to be paralyzed. With nowhere to turn, his family decided that giving up Hercules was better than putting him down. They pleaded with us to save his life and find him a good home. Today, Hercules is recovering and learning to walk again. His positive and happy attitude are contagious to anyone who meets him.
